Any earring hygiene seal or protective element remains intact.

A valid ELOVARAE order number is provided.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Worn, tried-on where a hygiene seal has been removed, altered or damaged earrings
- Items without required packaging or included components
- Personalized, final-sale, clearance, gift-card or promotional giveaway items
- Unauthorized returns
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days. Include the order number, a description, full-item and close-up photos, and packaging/label images when applicable. We may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the verified issue.
Return Shipping
Customer-requested return postage is normally paid by the customer. If we confirm our error or a qualifying defect, we will explain the available remedy. Always use trackable shipping; ELOVARAE cannot confirm receipt of an untracked return.
Refund Processing
Returns are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Inspection may take up to 14 business days; financial institutions may require another 7–10 business days to post the credit.
